Project Management

This service has been established for many years within our practice and has been implemented to assist our clients to bring together the many different and sometimes complex strands of a construction project.

We will manage all the clients design consultants including obtaining fee quotations and preparation of appointments, liase and manage the clients legal advisors, identify and assist with party wall matters and planning applications, prepare and agree draw down schedules, liase with statutory authorities, act as the Employers agent and contract administrators, liase and manage the Quantity Surveyor, issue all appropriate contract certificates, assist the client with tenant negotiations.
