Cost Consultancy

We offer a full cost consultancy and quantity surveying service comprising feasibility studies, cost planning, value engineering, cost option studies, procurement by a variety of methods most suited to the client's needs, preparation of contract documents, interim valuations, cost reporting and cost control during the construction process and final account agreements.

Procurement of the contractor can vary significantly depending upon the clients needs and priorities. The three main drivers of time, cost and quality will largely determine the method of procurement most suited to an individual client. We have very considerable experience of the different procurement types including single stage, two stage, tendered or negotiated methods using a variety of contract types from traditional, design and build and construction management. We can assist with advising on procurement type most suited to a clients needs and risk strategy.
