Our core services comprise Cost Consultancy, Project Management, Employers Agent, Contract Administration, Building Surveying, Party Wall Negotiations, Dilapidations, Development Monitors and Planning Supervision which can be offered together or individually for each project.

We excel at understanding our clients' needs and can assist with our clients' requirements at all levels and stages of the construction process, from developing the initial brief through to the successful handover and completion of the finished building.

We have been involved and continue to be involved with new build and refurbishments of significantly varying values. Projects have comprised of offices, retail, residential, industrial processes, heritage lottery, museums, transport, industrial and hotels.
