This project comprised of the demolition of the existing factory whilst retaining the existing 1930's façade for incorporation into the new scheme comprising basement carparking and construction of 212 new residential units.

Conversion of an existing office building on a busy high street in South London into 24 residential apartments and ground floor retail units. The property was completely reclad and a new floor added to provide penthouse accommodation.
