This project has recently obtained a planning consent and comprises the construction of 80,000 sq ft of high quality Category A office accommodation in the heart of the financial centre of the City of London.

The client required a full refurbishment to be undertaken to this existing office near Euston Station following the expiry of the tenants lease. The addition of air conditioning was included as part of the refurbishment plus the reconstruction of the existing toilet cores and introduction of a new lift to provide 35,000 sq ft of category A office space.
